Terms and Conditions

Returns


We accept returns up to 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We cannot accept returns on any item that is not in its original condition, is not in it’s original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.


If an item appears worn and/or damaged it should be removed from the child immediately.


Manufacturer Faults

These are extremely rare, however, If a manufacturing fault is found it should be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Upon agreement of a manufacturing fault, we will cover postage costs for you to return the item to us and for us to send a replacement to you. This only applies to UK sales.


Refunds 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your

refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.


Sale items

Only full price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Enquiries@woodlarktoys.co.uk and on acceptance of return send your

item to: Woodlark Toys, 25 Claremont Place, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3SU. 


Returns must be

booked in and agreed in advance.


Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Unless it is due to a manufacturing fault, as described above; See, Manufacturing faults)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
